MUSEO NÚCLEO / CDMX

This proposal is developed based on a master plan located in the Historic Center of Mexico City, where the cornerstone is the 'Museum + Technology Center NÚCLEO.' The proposal, situated at the corner of Eje Central and Hidalgo Avenue, arises from the need to revive the northwest part of downtown Mexico City with a place where people can come together to share culture and recreation.

The NÚCLEO museum is an 11-level project with various uses, including a museum, library, computer centers, projection rooms, bookstores, playrooms, and multipurpose rooms for exhibitions or special events. Each level offers 1,200 square meters of space dedicated to education, while incorporating technology relevant to the era.

Although the project proposes more than 13,000 square meters of construction, there is also a large esplanade for pedestrians in the area, to be used for relaxation, transit, or even exhibitions. (2018)

The Museum & Technology Center is located at the rear of "Palacio de Bellas Artes", aiming to rejuvenate the once-famous entertainment area that has declined over the last 30 years. It's a commitment to preserve our culture and embrace its educational value.

The main perspective shows the east and west facades, which align with the "Eje Central" avenue and "Hidalgo" avenue. The total height of the project is intended to respect the scale maintained by downtown buildings.
